My Personal Story

After hearing about yoga and tai chi from friends who were into them, I became curious and decided to try out some one hour sessions with different teachers.

One instructor I went to had me do a simple breathing exercise for twenty minutes. While laying still afterwards, I felt flowing, humming feelings for about five minutes that were really a wonderfully new experience for me. They were so totally satisfying and relaxing that I continued going back once a week, for over a year!

As that year progressed, I began noticing that little by little, I was feeling more sure of myself and was getting a better sense of what I wanted to do with my life. . . I also felt that I was gradually enjoying my life more, as well as becoming more at ease with my feelings.

I found out about the exercise through my closest girlfriend - she had begun going to a yoga teacher an hour a week. When she told me about the soothing, de-stressing feelings she experienced with each session, I became curious enough to schedule a visit for myself.

I told the instructor all about the things she had mentioned, and so he had me do the same kind of breathing exercise.

It was while I was lying still after completing the 20 minutes that I felt, not only the soothing feelings my girl friend described, but wonderfully sensual, erotic feelings!
They went on and on for more than five minutes, and I knew had to keep coming back as often as possible.

I heard about the exercise from a friend. After trying it out, the results pleased him so much that he became a real booster for it. He told me how much couples that he knew liked it. When I described it to my wife she wanted us to try it together, and it turned out to be as good as was described. The feelings we both experienced were a great new experience, totally satisfying and relaxing.

And also, as the months went by we began noticing that little by little, our relationship had increasing feelings of fulfillment and growth. We had a sense of being a team, and are always looking forward to our next session and all the wonderful feelings it will provide us.
